this event will wake your senses with Mike and Drew’s exciting pairings of food, sparkling wines, and Champagne cocktails.

Lobster Pan Roast with Yukon gold potatoes, white asparagus, lobster sauce and poached eggs

Yellowtail Snapper Benedict on grilled ciabatta bread, sautéed spinach, and caper Hollandaise

AZUR Benedict with house cured gravlax, shallots and capers on herbed flatbread, poached eggs, tobiko hollandaise
