Using the Key West Garden Club, located on the Atlantic, as the backdrop, Katie and Donna will take you on a botanical and culinary road trip.  Katie starts off the program with a tour through this lush tropical garden featuring a rare collection of native trees and exotic plants. Then you’ll travel around the world as she takes you on a global tour of where and how essential oils are distilled and details the power of medicinal healing herbs. 

You will then learn how these same oils can enhance foods and beverages with a therapeutic purpose.  Each participant will create their own personalized aromatherapy diffuser, to take home, and sample beverages incorporating essential oils. A full assortment of Cosmic Flower Essential Oils will be available for sale as well as Donna Shields’ cookbook, Caribbean Light.
