Calling all chefs, both amateur and pro, to our newest event.  
Taking our prized Key West “Pinks” & other seafood fair, either share with us a treasured family recipe or create your own version of Florida Keys “haute cuisine”.  
Use your imagination; competitors are limited only by the use of
Key West “Pinks” and seafood.
Event goers will have their chance to taste all of the entries and vote for their favorite dish,
bestowing bragging rights for the year on the Key West Food and Wine Festival’s new Shrimp King or Queen.
