The secrets of a Champagne Brunch

Join Executive Chef Greg Lopez at SHOR-American Seafood Grill to learn some tips and tricks to preparing our version of the classic Champagne Brunch.  Discover the ins and outs of sauces and nibbles as well as how to smoke your own fish.  The afternoon will be capped off with an ice carving demonstration overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.  Stop and have lunch at SHOR before the seminar.

VIP pass holders are welcome.
Admission @ the door for non-VIP pass holders is $25.00.
